Refund Policy

The Ark AI Company Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with TrizGPT. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Pro Tier — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to TrizGPT Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Eligibility

  • Applies to new Pro tier subscriptions only (first-time subscribers)
  • Applies to monthly and annual billing plans
  • One refund per customer

What is refunded

  • The full amount paid for the Pro subscription (SAR 109/month for monthly, or the equivalent annual rate)
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Moyasar

What is not refunded under the 14-day guarantee

  • Renewals after the initial subscription period
  • Upgrades or plan changes (see Section 3)
  • Add-on purchases or usage overages (if applicable)

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, contact [email protected] with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — 14-Day Guarantee"
  • Your registered email address
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

2. Annual Pro Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund (see Section 1)
  • After 14 days: No refunds for remaining unused months of the annual term
  • You will retain Pro access through the end of the paid period

3. Monthly Pro Subscriptions (After 14-Day Window)

After the 14-day guarantee window:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time; your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial-month refunds are issued

4. Enterprise Tier

Enterprise agreements are governed by individual contracts. Refund terms are as specified in your Enterprise agreement. Contact your account manager for questions.

5. Cancellations

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription in the app, or
  • Email [email protected] with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

6. Exceptions and Disputes

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion for:

  • Billing errors on our part
  • Service outages exceeding SLA thresholds (Enterprise only, per contract)
  • Duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

For unresolved billing disputes, you may dispute the charge with Moyasar or your bank, subject to their terms.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Moyasar. Processing time may vary by bank.
