By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and (c) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

TrizGPT provides an AI-assisted problem-solving platform based on TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) methodology. Features include:

• AI-guided contradiction analysis
• Inventive principle recommendations
• Solution generation and documentation
• Collaboration and export tools

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Submit content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service for high-stakes decisions in medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical contexts without human review

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section, without prior notice.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

• Your signature (physical or electronic)
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Counter-notices may be submitted following the same process. We will process valid notices promptly.

8. Payment and Billing

• Pro and Enterprise tier fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed via Moyasar, a SAMA-licensed Saudi payment gateway
• Prices are listed in SAR (Saudi Riyals) and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to Free tier or account suspension
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ARK AI COMPANY LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) SAR 375.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Ark AI Company Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted (unless legally required otherwise)
• You may request earlier deletion per our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding payment obligations survive termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
